Victoria Reyes
Hi, I'm Victoria an instructional designer based in the Philadelphia area with seven years of experience helping organizations close knowledge gaps and build learning cultures that actually last.
My path here wasn't exactly conventional. I spent four years living and teaching in South Korea before returning stateside in 2025. That experience shaped everything about the way I approach learning design — because when you've had to make something click for a room full of people who learn differently than you do, you stop settling for training that just checks a box.
Today, I bring the same intentionality to every project. I partner with organizations across finance, corporate training, and education — designing, developing, and implementing learning experiences that not only stick, but people actually want to engage with.
When I'm not building something new, I'm usually at home with my two co-workers: my cat Opalite, who supervises from the window behind my desk, and my dog Gemini, who mostly just wants to go for a walk.
